The last week I painted the figure of Daredevil.
I need a new bottle of red paint!!

Elektra I

Today I'm going to talk about the figure of Elektra.
It´s made in Sculpey. The height is 4 cm (1,6 inches).

Two of the hardest things that I have found to sculpt are the face, the hands and the pose. They present a challenge for me. The head was the first thing I cured and the hands were the last parts, I made them once I sculpted and cured the Sais.

I don't like the face, the expresion is too rude for a female face. I need to continue practicing.

The figure is posed in a dynamic pose. It wasn't easy but I´m happy with the result.

Daredevil and Elektra

The size of these figures has been my last challenge.

I decided to sculpt the figures of Daredevil and Elektra after I received the books “The Art of Marvel”, volumes I and II. In these books I have found some greats illustrations.

These figures are made with Sculpey Firm.
